Thank you for shopping with Fragrance Finds You I am a small, independent business dedicated to helping you discover new scents. Please read our policy below regarding processing times and shipping restrictions for fragrances.
Because we are a decant shop, we do not simply pull boxes off a shelf.
Made-to-Order: Every sample is hand-decanted, labeled, and sealed after you place your order to ensure maximum freshness and minimal evaporation.
Turnaround: Please allow [ 2-4] business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
High Volume: During sales or holidays, processing times may extend up to [5-7] business days.
Perfumes and colognes containing alcohol are considered Hazardous Materials (Hazmat - Class 3 Flammable Liquid)by the Department of Transportation.
Ground Shipping Only: We are legally required to ship all orders containing fragrance via Surface/Ground Transport (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground).
No Air Shipping: We cannot offer Overnight, 2-Day Air, or Priority Mail Express shipping.
Restricted Locations: Due to the inability to use air transport, we currently cannot ship to:
Hawaii or Alaska
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
International addresses (outside the contiguous U.S.)
We take great care to ensure your samples arrive safely.
Sealing: All vials are sealed with [e.g., Teflon tape or Parafilm] to secure the threads and prevent leakage.
Padding: Vials are individually wrapped and shipped in padded mailers or boxes to prevent breakage.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
Due to the nature of decanted fragrances, we have a strictly No Returns / No Exchanges policy.
Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned liquids that have been opened or handled.
Personal Taste: We cannot refund orders simply because you did not like the scent. The purpose of a decant is to test a fragrance before committing to a full bottle.
If your order arrives damaged or with significant leakage, we will make it right.
Notification: You must email us at [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof: Please attach clear photos showing:
The damaged vial(s).
The amount of liquid lost (fill level).
The condition of the outer packaging.
Resolution: We will issue a replacement or a store credit for the value of the damaged item.
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find the package:
Check with neighbors and look for hidden delivery spots.
Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes pre-scan deliveries).
If it is still missing, please contact your local post office to verify the GPS drop-off coordinates.
